We are pleased to announce that we have been ISO 9001 certified for another three years. ISO 9001 is a Company Quality Management Standard, which ensures our customers receive the highest quality of service.
Managing Director, Tom Gilruth quotes, “We are very happy to have passed ISO 9001 for another year. Although we know our quality of service is the best it can be, it’s great to be externally audited to ensure we are doing everything we can as a company to be compliant.”
Tom continues “the auditor has told us we have extremely robust systems in place and that he feels we are a successful, fast moving company which is very pleasing to hear.”
As a confidential data shredding, storage and scanning company, we endeavour to implement, maintain and improve our quality management systems, generally, in line with the requirements of ISO 9001 and supporting industry codes of practice. Our improvements and ongoing investment at Topwood were witnessed, and acknowledged with the scope of the accreditation.
