The Problem
A market leading Insurance brokers based in Manchester, was disposing of paperwork using an in-house shredder and recycling bins provided by its waste contractor. There was no clear boundary between general and sensitive paperwork. Client information was going into the general waste. It was a real headache for the facilities staff members.
The Solution
Topwood Ltd was chosen to fulfil this service over national shredding firms as we were able to ensure the account would be managed by one dedicated person. We installed 12 shredding office consoles for and the client as well as clear guidance to all staff. The result is that all paperwork is now shredded securely and recycled on-site.
