There is a huge choice when purchasing archive boxes. Not all boxes are the same and so we have a checklist to make sure you are can see how quality boxes can actually be cheaper when their total life cost is considered.

There are three principle factors to consider when selecting archive boxes:
- Security - cheaper boxes may risk the loss of documents and other confidential information
- Total life cost - cheaper boxes do not last and may need to be replaced
- Safety - boxes that split or collapse are more likely to be a hazard and cause slips and trips.
Ticking the ‘boxes’:
- Variety of sizes to suit all types of documents and look good in any office environment
- Very strong sturdy boxes capable of holding 15+ kg supplied with a snug fitting lid
- The b-flute grade of cardboard and twin sidewalls permits safe stacking up to five boxes high
- Strong handles with a fold in pressure pad means the boxes do not cut into your hands or tear off
- A seamless base sheet attached to the sidewalls ensures the bottom of the box does ‘not fall out’
- Easy to erect with instructions supplied or on you tube
- Can be supplied with barcode pre-applied for ease of tracking files for archiving
- Always in stock available on a next-day delivery
- Made from part recycled fibre bit with a new top-sheet to maximise strength
- Supplied banded in packs of 10 (with lids) to reduce unnecessary transit packaging
Consider the cost of not choosing quality boxes:
SECURITY – Danger of sensitive documents falling out or being lost form split boxes
ADDED COST – Poor quality boxes are more like to split or crush and need timely repairs or replacement
HEALTH & SAFETY – Boxes that break when being handled more likely to lead to ‘slips and trips’
